This Canadian wheat grain mix makes 1 large loaf of bread in a 9×5 loaf pan. Other pan sizes can be used to make dinner muffins or it can be baked like focaccia both large or small burger bun size. This is a versatile, easy to use mix and can be used with 355 ml (1.5 cups) of beer, kombucha or club soda. Recipes using this mix will be added to our website soon.

Ingredients: enriched unbleached white flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt.  Manufactured in a kitchen that uses and stores nuts and seeds as well as other allergen ingredients.
